Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your entry for the Gastronomy Online Competition. By submitting your recipe, video, and photo entry for the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility: Participation is limited to single participants (not groups).
  2. Submission Deadline: All entries must be successfully uploaded to the Craydel Platform by 30th October 2025, 7:59 PM. No submissions will be accepted over email.
  3. Launch Date: The competition officially launches on 9th October 2025.
  4. Judging: The assessment will be conducted by representatives from HTMi Switzerland, and their decision will be final. University jury evaluation will take place on 7th November 2025.
  5. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on 12th November 2025.

Judging Criteria

  1. Creativity & Originality: Reinvention of a traditional recipe with an innovative twist.
  2. Presentation Quality: Attention to detail in the cooking video (TikTok format) and the photo of the final result.
  3. Culinary Execution: Technique, flavor balance (as can be assessed from the recipe description), and practicality of preparation.
  4. Innovation: Willingness to experiment with unique ingredients, techniques, or concepts.
